Can I get a refund on a purchase?

We may issue a refund in accordance with the refund policy outlined in our Terms of Service.

For purchases made through the SimpleMMO store, the following generally applies:

- Diamonds purchased via Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Stripe may be refunded if an administrator is contacted within 24 hours and none of the Diamonds from that purchase have been spent in SimpleMMO.

We may also issue refunds for certain in-game reward purchases in the form of Diamonds only, provided an administrator is contacted within 48 hours of purchase.

This applies to the following rewards:
- Custom Avatar
- Item Rename
- Custom Username Colour
- Custom Username Gradient Colour
